The definition of Mobile’s Home Choice Program is to assists older adults and persons with disabilities to move from lone-term services and support systems to home and community-based settings.
Home Choice Provides Participants:
Greater choice and control over the services received in their preferred setting.
A Home Choice Coordinator to help them move back into the community.
This program is designed to provide assistive devices to People Who Are Deaf.
Assistive devices include but not limited to; strobe smoke detectors, doorbell signalers, TTYs, and other assistive devices to the Deaf community to improve safety and accessibility. The program is for residents of Franklin County (excluding the City of Columbus).

Equipment Loan Program
Used equipment and assistive devices – such as wheelchairs, walkers, and canes – are available on loan for people with disabilities.
This has been a valuable program for many local residents with disabilties, so If you have equipment that is in good condition taking up room then please do not hesitate to contact us. We will make sure that your donation get into the hands of someone that could benefit from it.

Housing and Transportation
The Center publishes guides to Accessible Housing and transportation in Central Ohio.
Library Services
The lending library is open to the public. It includes topics relevant to people with disabilities, Computer Access, CD-ROM, VHS, audiocassette, and DVD formats.
